All personal training takes place in a private, women only studio in Castlemaine, using evidence based strength training methods that prioritise safety, confidence, and long term progress.

What Personal Training involves

Personal training sessions are fully tailored to you and your goals. This includes:

• Individualised strength training programs
• Coaching focused on technique, safety, and progression
• Sessions adapted for injuries, pain, or physical limitations
• Support with confidence, consistency, and accountability
• Optional guidance around lifestyle habits and basic nutrition support

Personal training is available as:

• One on one personal training
• Two on one training (train with a friend or partner)
• Semi private personal training

Session Length and Pricing

• 45 minute sessions

Pricing starts from $55 per session, depending on session length and training frequency.

The number of sessions per week is guided by your goals, experience, recovery, and the level of support you are looking for.

Packages and ongoing options are discussed once we have confirmed suitability and availability.

You will be coached by a qualified female trainer with a strong focus on women’s health, safety, and long term strength.

Qualifications and experience include:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• MumSafe™ Trainer
• Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist
• Ongoing education in women’s health and menopause
• Over 10 years experience coaching women across all life stages

Training is delivered in a calm, supportive, women only environment, with an emphasis on confidence, progression, and sustainable results.

The Studio and Equipment

Get Fit With Nic is a small, private women only studio based in Castlemaine.

The studio is set up for strength training using a combination of free weights and a multi functional weight machine, allowing sessions to be adapted to different abilities, injuries, and confidence levels.

Equipment includes:

• Barbells and weight plates
• Dumbbells and kettlebells
• A multi functional weight machine
• Resistance bands and bodyweight equipment

This is not a large gym environment. The space is designed to feel welcoming, focused, and supportive, without pressure or intimidation.
