At Get Fit with Nic, our small group fitness classes are designed specifically for women—especially those navigating midlife.
These sessions are more than just a workout. You’ll be part of a down-to-earth community where you’ll feel supported, seen, and encouraged to train in a way that works for your body. With small class sizes, expert guidance, and a no-pressure vibe, you’ll build strength and confidence without feeling out of place.

Trial spots are limited and offered in the first 2–3 weeks of each term, following the Victorian School Term calendar.
Currently, our morning and evening classes are fully booked for Term 2, with limited availability remaining in 9:30 AM sessions only.
If you’d like to try a class, please contact us directly to check availability. We’ll also keep your name on the waitlist for your preferred time slot if a space opens up.
