Fit Mum primarily caters to mums with newborns, offering a specialised postnatal fitness program that provides support and empowerment throughout their postpartum journey.

The Fit Mum class is tailored to address the unique physical and emotional needs of new mothers, helping them recover, repair their bodies after childbirth, and regain their strength and well-being. The  Fit Mum program runs for the duration of the school term (from 9-12 weeks) and provides a safe and nurturing environment for women to embark on their postnatal fitness journey. Mums are welcome to bring their baby along and incorporate them into exercises when it’s feasible and safe!

What to expect in your first Post Natal Recovery session

  1. Initial Assessment: Before you join your first session you will undergo an initial assessment with Nic to determine your individual needs and any specific postnatal considerations.
  2. Progressive Workouts: The program employs progressive workouts that gradually increase in intensity as you regain strength and mobility.
  3. Core & Pelvic Floor Exercises: Special focus is placed on gentle yet effective exercises to rebuild your core and pelvic floor muscles, essential for postnatal recovery.
  4. Functional Movement: Our post natal program incorporates functional movement patterns to improve daily activities and movements to help you get through your day.
  5. Flexibility & Relaxation: Stretching and relaxation exercises are included to promote flexibility, reduce tension, and manage stress.
  6. Nutritional Guidance: You receive guidance on maintaining a balanced diet to support postnatal recovery and overall health.
