FIT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that is designed to maximise your fitness.

Each class consists of four-minute rounds of exercise, with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This format allows you to work at a very high intensity, while still giving your body enough time to recover.

The exercises in a FIT class are varied, and they target all major muscle groups. We do a mix of bodyweight exercises, weight-bearing exercises, and cardio exercises. The instructor will guide you through the exercises, and they will be there to help you modify the exercises if needed.
