PUNCH is a Partnered Boxing Class That Will Challenge Your Body and Mind

This partnered boxing class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to learn the basics of boxing. The combos are simple and easy to follow, and you will be shown the proper technique for each punch.

You will work with a partner to practice the combos, and your instructor will be there to provide guidance and feedback. We mix up our workouts by alternating between cardio exercises and boxing combos.

This class is a great way to get a full-body workout and you will also have fun and build camaraderie with your fellow classmates.

What to expert at your first PUNCH class

Arrive early to your PUNCH class to be paired with a partner and get your gloves and pads. We start with basic warm-up punches before moving into the workout. Each workout is different, using intervals or counting reps.

What to Bring to Class

  • Water bottle (water will be available)
  • Towel
  • Your own gloves and pads if preferred (we do provide them also)
