Who i work with

I work with women who want to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies again.

Most of the women I coach:

  • Feel like their body has changed and what used to work no longer does

  • Are active, but still feel weak, stiff, or unsure how to build strength

  • Want guidance and structure rather than random workouts

  • Want to train in a women-only environment where they feel supported, not judged

You do not need to be fit already. You just need to be ready for support and clear direction.

About me

Hi, I’m Nic.

I’m a qualified personal trainer based in Castlemaine, and I’ve been coaching women for over 10 years.

I’m a Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist, an AusActive registered professional, a MumSafe™ Trainer, and a MetaPWR Coach.

I’m known for being calm, clear, and supportive in the way I coach. I work with women who want training that actually makes sense for their body, without pressure, hype, or feeling overwhelmed.

You can train with me through:

  • Personal training

  • Small group training

  • Hybrid training (a combination of in-person and online)

A little more about me

I’m a mum of two boys and live locally in Castlemaine. I understand how busy life can be and how important it is that training fits into real life, not the other way around.

That perspective shapes how I coach and why I focus on helping women feel strong, capable, and supported over the long term.
