Get Fit With Nic is a small, women only strength studio based in Castlemaine.

Training focuses on safe, progressive strength work, with an emphasis on good technique and individual support.

GFWN is a calm, supportive space to build strength.

This is not a big gym or a bootcamp environment.

There is no pressure to keep up, push through pain, or train to extremes.

The focus is on building strength that supports everyday life:

  • Improving confidence and trust in your body
  • Supporting joints, energy, and long term health
  • Training in a small, supportive environment with no egos and no pressure

I work with women across all life stages, including beginners, women returning to exercise, and those navigating midlife and menopause.

All training is evidence based and adapted to meet you where you are right now.

Women train here in different ways depending on the level of support they are looking for.

Options include small group strength training, personalised coaching, and hybrid support that combines in person sessions with online guidance.

All options are delivered within the same women only, supportive studio environment.

Ways You Can Train With Me

There are a few different ways you can train with me, depending on the level of support you’re looking for and what feels right for you right now.

Small Group Strength Training →
Designed for women who enjoy training alongside others in a supportive, calm environment. Groups are kept small so everyone is coached properly, with options to adjust exercises as needed. This is a great fit if you want structure, consistency, and community without the intensity of a big gym or bootcamp.

One on One Personal Training →
One on one training offers the highest level of individual support. Sessions are fully tailored to your body, goals, and any injuries or health considerations. This option is ideal if you want focused coaching, confidence with technique, or support through a specific phase such as returning to exercise or navigating midlife or pre and post natal changes.

Two on One Personal Training →
Two on one training allows you to train with a friend, partner, or family member while still receiving personalised coaching. It’s a great option if you’d like the accountability of training together but with more individual attention than a group class.

Semi-Private Training →
Semi-private training sits between personal training and group classes. Sessions are shared with a small number of women and allow for individual coaching within a supportive group setting.

Hybrid Support →
Hybrid support combines in-studio training with additional guidance outside sessions. This option works well if you want ongoing structure, accountability, or support between workouts.
