Our Classes

Our small group classes are designed based on the latest research and best practices on women’s health and fitness, hormones and nutrition. The classes are suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are dealing with perimenopause, menopause or any other hormonal issue, you will find a class that meets your needs and preferences.

You can choose from different formats and durations, such as 30-minute HIIT sessions (FIT and/or POWER), 30-minute partnered boxing or 40-minute progressive strength training sessions.

We offer different memberships depending on your lifestyle and how many classes you would like to commit to each week. The more classes you do, the cheaper your membership becomes. Our memberships are term-based (based on the Victorian school term).

Personal Training / Semi Private Training

Elevate your fitness journey with our dedicated fitness community, offering specialised one-on-one personal training exclusively for women aged 35 and above. In our intimate one-on-one personal training, we provide support for women to confidently navigate their fitness journey, focusing on strength, flexibility, nutrition and overall well-being.

For a more social and interactive fitness experience, our semi-private training sessions are perfect for groups of friends (3 to 8 participants). Enjoy the camaraderie of a small community while benefiting from individualised attention. Pricing details for semi-private training are available upon application.
